Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and pgko ("pgko", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the pgko website located at https://pgko.org and all associated services, games, features, and content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service"). By creating a pgko account, logging into the platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

pgko reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it determines that eligibility conditions are not met or have ceased to be met after registration. Where an account is closed for eligibility reasons, any balance in the account will be reviewed in accordance with these Terms.

Account Security and Password Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pgko login credentials, including your username and password. pgko strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. You agree to:

• Not share your pgko login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Notify pgko support immediately via live chat if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Ensure that you log out of your pgko account fully at the end of each session, particularly when accessing the platform from a shared or public device.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the pgko platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pgko supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other supported local bank transfers. pgko does not charge transaction fees on BDT deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which pgko bears no responsibility.

Deposit Rules

The following rules apply to all deposits made to a pgko account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no upper limit on deposits, subject to your payment provider's own transfer limits.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments originating from another individual's account — are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to all withdrawal requests submitted through a pgko account:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by pgko support.
• pgko targets withdrawal processing within minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Processing times for bank transfers may be up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution. These are target timeframes, not guarantees.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to applicable wagering requirements. Funds derived from bonus play may not be withdrawn until the relevant rollover condition is fully satisfied.
• pgko reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests where the amount is unusually large, where the source of funds is unclear, or where fraud indicators are present. Completion of KYC verification may be required before the withdrawal is approved.

In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, these general Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise. Responsible Gaming

• Deliberately exploiting any software bug, error, or misconfiguration in pgko's platform to obtain an unfair financial advantage, whether or not such exploitation results in actual winnings.

pgko monitors all account activity for indicators of prohibited conduct using automated and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, pgko will act promptly and reserves all legal remedies available to it.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pgko platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, data compilations, and software — is the property of pgko or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The pgko trademark, brand name, logo, and all associated marks are the exclusive property of pgko. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any pgko intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pgko platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or exploit any content from the pgko platform in any way without prior written consent from pgko.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pgko, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the pgko platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation:

Nothing in these Terms limits pgko's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money wagered on pgko and that pgko bears no responsibility for such losses beyond those expressly set out in these Terms.

Account Termination and Suspension

pgko reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where pgko has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• Where the player has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Where pgko is required to do so by applicable law, a regulatory instruction, court order, or the direction of a competent authority.
• Where the player has voluntarily requested account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than fraud or prohibited conduct, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification requirements. Where termination is a result of fraud or violation of these Terms, all balances may be forfeited in full.

Amendments to These Terms

pgko may amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
